Why our prices are SO low?
Because our goal is to provide the best mattresses for the best prices, not one or the other. To keep in line with this goal, we have a very unique business model that is certain to reduce overhead wherever possible, enabling us to pass even more savings on to you. We are on average 40-50% cheaper for the same mattress than any mattress store! When theres a will, theres a way.
Where does Affordable Mattress online
get its mattresses from?
We don't make any of our mattresses and/or box springs in China. We don't believe that manufacturing items in China for the sake of affordability is a good reason to sacrifice reliability and quality. We also don't think mother earth would like us shipping products like mattresses half-way around the world, unlike many other mattress companies. We obtain our mattresses from national manufacturers (with local facilities) who design and build mattresses for the leading mattress brands USA-wide. They also supply mattresses for many of the leading brands found in high-end mattress retail stores.
What is the return policy?
You can pay securely online through our online store with a credit card. At this time we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express via Paypal. If that doesn't work, You can also pay in person by cash or check upon delivery of your mattress.
How long does delivery take?
Upon checkout, you are asked what day and time works best for you. We will also give you a call to confirm the day and time so that you can be sure to be home. Unlike many mattress stores that could take up to a three weeks to deliver, we will be sure to deliver to your door within 1 week of your order, however it is usually even less.
How can I pay for my purchase?
Returns can be made within 30 days of your order for 100% full refund if you are not 100% satisfied.
Note: return is void if mattress is stained/damaged.
Are there any "re-stocking" fees?
No. We only charge a pick up fee of $30.00.
How is my mattress delivered?
One of our delivery men will deliver to you on the date and time you requested at checkout. All mattresses are delivered brand new AND sealed in case you need to store them before fully moving in to your residence.
